+ What platforms do you design for?
The majority of our website projects are built on Squarespace and WordPress. Please contact the studio if you have a specific e-commerce platform in mind, as it may be an option. While we do not design for ProPhoto, Neto or Blogger, if your current website is hosted on those platforms, we may be able to assist you with moving your site to another platform.
+ What will a website cost me?
Dun, dun! The ultimate question. To be honest, our projects genuinely vary so much based on your particular design needs, the broader goals for your business, the purpose of your website, the size of the design build — just to name a few! For a general guide though, most of our website projects start at an average rate of $3k for design and development and move up from there based on the level of customization and amount of content necessary. The scope of the website design itself (for example, are we looking at a simple conversion landing page or a full scale store and blog?) can impact the overall cost. Our pricing reflects the amount of skill, time, care, customisation and personal attention we strive to provide to all our clients. With that said, we encourage potential clients to contact the studio so we can discuss your specific needs, goals and create a customised quote. You can get in touch here.
+ I'm having issues with my current website and need some tech support. Can you help?
Every website project comes with a four week support window once the project launches. We can typically help with simple troubleshooting or assisting you with navigating your content and layout, especially if you're just seeking some guidance. For longer, more structured tech support, we offer maintenance packages for tech and marketing support for new and existing clents. Customised packages are available! Just get in touch with your wishlist of assistance.
+ What will I have at the end of a branding project?
Visual identity is intensely personal, so while we don't offer a "set" amount of elements, goods or products, you can expect to end up with quite a large suite of logos and variations, along with submarks, watermarks and even illustrations. Everything we design for our clients is meticulously and passionately crafted, with the best possible design handed over.
